Email support@bandee.app and include your account email plus, if it's about a specific song, the song's title. We aim to reply within two working days.

Common questions

• A chart looks wrong. The detector proposes a draft — every section edge, name and colour is editable in the app. If the click drifts on a song with a free-time intro, use Song starts here on the section ribbon to mark where the tempo actually begins.
• Analysis minutes. Charting a new song uses analysis minutes. New accounts get 30 free minutes to try it — about six songs. After that the free plan keeps five songs on your shelf and plays everything your band shares with you, and Bandee Plus adds 60 minutes of new analysis each month. Your allowance and renewal date are shown in the app under your plan.
• Subscriptions are billed and cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account, not by us.
